CNN —Coaching vacancies continue to be filled around the NFL, as the Atlanta Falcons announced on Wednesday that Raheem Morris had been hired as head coach of the organization, while the Carolina Panthers named Dave Canales as their new head coach. INGLEWOOD, Calif. (AP) — Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua returned for the start of the second half of Sunday's game against the Cleveland Browns after he missed part of the second quarter due to a rib injury. Nacua made a leaping grab for a 20-yard reception with 8:10 remaining when he landed hard on the right side of his body on the Browns' sideline. Nacua has dealt with rib issues throughout the season but has managed to play through them. He had four receptions for 105 yards, including a 70-yard touchdown in the first quarter. He went over 1,000 yards receiving during the quarter and is the first Rams rookie receiver to top that threshold in a season.

CNN —An arrest warrant has been issued for Buffalo Bills linebacker Von Miller, who has been accused of assaulting a pregnant woman, the Dallas Police Department said in a statement to CNN on Thursday. A police spokesperson told CNN the arrest warrant is active, meaning Miller is not currently in custody. Police said a preliminary investigation determined Miller and the woman had a verbal argument and that Miller allegedly assaulted her. “This morning, we were made aware of an incident involving Von Miller,” the Bills said in a statement. WBD had no comment when asked about the arrest warrant.
